There are many variables that can cause your card to fail. The information may not have been entered correctly when filling out the form, or the connection to the financial institution could have failed.
If you have another card, please try your registration again. If you have already contacted your bank, and there seems to be nothing wrong with your card, you may try registering again with the same credit card. |
Hi, Your explanations are not satisfactory. I entered the information twice and it failed both times. I gave correct information the first time -- I checked every entry, but it was rejected. I changed the phone number the second time to give the number associated with the credit card instead of my business phone number, which you have. It still failed. I checked with citibank, and they claim they are up and running. I don't want to use another card, although I have one.
what do you suggest?
