Why did my credit card fail, and what should I do next?

There are many variables that can cause your card to fail. The information may not have been entered correctly when filling out the form, or the connection to the financial institution could have failed. If you have another card, please try your registration again. If you have already contacted your bank, and there seems to be nothing wrong with your card, you may try registering again with the same credit card.
